With over 30 years of industry leadership, Darren brings unparalleled strategic weight to LeanApex. A Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE), Darren has directed complex portfolios ranging from £1M to £390M.
As a Chartered Construction Consultant and specialist in MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) and BIM, Darren provides the high-level technical governance required for modern London developments. His role at LeanApex is to provide senior-level board advisory and quality assurance, ensuring that every project audit meets the rigorous professional standards of the CIOB and CABE, while navigating the complexities of the Building Safety Act with decades of proven authority.
